摘要
针对当前变电站监控系统中存在的智能化、数字化程度低,不便远程控制,控制回路复杂、可靠性低、维护工作量大等问题,利用CAN现场总线技术,提出基于组态王和PLC的变压器监控系统的实施方案。在主回路中采用无触点固体模块,利用组态王对监控系统做了详细地组态,远程监控中采用串行通信方式(RS-232,RS-485),用PLC实现完整的控制功能。研究结果表明该监控系统具有可靠性高、通信速度快、抗干扰能力强、组态灵活等优点,有着广泛的应用前景。仿真结果验证了该设计方法的有效性。
Nowadays, the current transformer in the substation monitoring and control system exists a lot of problems, such as, low degree of intelligent and digital, inconvenience remote control, complex control circuit, low reliability, big maintenance workload problems. The transformer is put forward based on configuration king, PLC control system and implementation plan by adopted the CAN bus. In main circuit, King View was made for monitoring and control system configuration in detail. Remote monitoring of serial communication mode(RS- 232, RS- 485), non-contact solid module, and the PLC are adopted to realize the complete control function. The results shown that the advantages of monitoring and control system are high reliability, fast communication, strong anti-jamming capability and flexible configuration, owning a broad application prospect. The results of simulation verified the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
