摘要 为克服常规自动发电控制(AGC)滞后控制的问题,提升互联电网对控制性能标准(CPS)的适应性,现有研究提出了AGC动态优化调度模型,但存在未考虑网络安全约束和有功损耗影响等问题。通过在原模型中增加考虑有功损耗的影响,引入支路及断面潮流安全约束,修正AGC辅助服务费用目标,并增加发电单位合同电量完成率的新目标,提出了AGC机组优化调度的改进模型。用修正的IEEE14节点系统验证所提改进模型的有效性,并讨论模型中CPS1指标作为优化目标和(或)约束条件的物理意义及其影响。 In order to overcome the problem of the lagging control within the conventional automatic generation control( AGC) and improve the adaptability of the interconnected power system to the new control performance standard( CPS), the dynamic optimization model for AGC generators dispatch has been proposed. However,the existing model still have some defects,such as neglecting the effect of network security constraints and power loss,etc. An extended dynamic optimization model for AGC generators dispatch under CPS is thus proposed in this paper with the following modifications: 1 the active power loss and the loading limits through the branches and boundaries are integrated; 2the original objective of ancillary service cost is revised;and 3the completion of electricity production contract is added as a new objective function. The modified IEEE14-bus test system is used to verify the extended model and the physical interpretations of treating the CPS1 index as an objective and / or a constraint are also discussed.
