摘要 为改善小型化盆式绝缘子的电气性能和机械性能,在现有盆式绝缘子结构的基础上,重新设计绝缘件内部嵌件的结构,调整嵌件与地电位屏蔽环的距离,同时增大嵌件圆弧曲率半径,运用仿真软件分析优化方案的电气性能和机械性能。综合考虑各因素的影响,在原设计基础上实现盆式绝缘子电气性能和机械性能的优化设计。 To improve the electrical performance and mechanical properties of miniaturized basin-type of insulators,on the basic structure of the existing basin insulator,the structure of the insert in the insulator was redesigned and the distance between the insert and the earth potential shielding ring was adjusted.In the meanwhile,the radius of the insert surface circular arc was increased.Then,the simulation software was used to analyze the electrical performance and mechanical properties of the optimized model.Consider the impact of all factor,the optimal design of the basin insulator was realized.
