摘要
分析了变压器器身与底座连接螺栓发热的多种原因,通过使用紧固螺栓、增加等电位线、阻隔磁路和阻断闭合回路对某110kV变电站变压器器身与底座连接螺栓发热进行处理,结果表明在螺栓与器身之间增加绝缘片阻断闭合回路的方式可有效解决由连接螺栓流过较大短路电流导致的发热问题。
The various reasons for the heating of the connecting bolts of the transformer body and base were analyzed.By using the methods of fastening bolts,increasing the equipotential lines,blocking the magnetic circuit and blocking the closed circuit,the heating problem of the transformer body and base connecting bolt in a 110 kV substation of Quanzhou power supply company was solved.The result showed that the way of adding the insulating sheet between the bolt and the body to block the closed loop could effectively solve the heating problem which caused by the large short-circuit current flowing through the connecting bolt.
