摘要 通过红外测温检测对500kV电压互感器进行精确测温,发现一起电磁单元温度偏低事件,分析可能发生的原因,并通过变更检测方法确定为电磁单元附近喷涂材料辐射率的不同对检测结果造成的影响,排除了内部故障的可能性,使得运维人员能正确了解设备运行状态,避免了因对缺陷的误判而进行停电检修,节约了工作量,避免了停电事件的发生,提高了供电可靠性。 The 500 kV voltage transformer was measured precisely through infrared temperature measurement.A low temperature accident of the electromagnetic unit was detected and the possible causes were analyzed.Different emissivity of sprayed materials near electromagnetic elements affected the test result and the possibility of internal failure was eliminated.The operation and maintenance staffs could acquire the right information of the equipment through this test result,avoiding power outage maintenance due to misjudgement of defects and saved the workload.It avoided the occurrence of blackouts and improved the reliability of power supply.
