According to an example of 10 kV bus power unbalance which caused by the unreasonable measurement mode and wiring errors on 10 kV side measuring points of primary transformer,the measurement errors caused by unreasonable measurement methods and wiring errors were analyzed.Detailed precautions from the aspects of management and technology were proposed.
