摘要
将实验室内试品管理、试验过程、试验数据、设备状态数字化、网络化、可视化,能提高试验效率和设备安全管理水平。利用大数据技术对实验室的数据进行搜集、挖掘、处理以及应用,可实现客户需求预测、设备状态评估和寿命预测、产品开发建议以及试验技术咨询等增值服务。文章介绍了XIHARI建设的数字化、智能化电气实验室的服务框架,重点阐述了试验委托系统、物流系统、智慧能源及设备监控系统、数据采集系统以及大数据平台的设计思想、基本架构和各系统之间的内在联系。
The efficiency of testing and the level of equipment safety can be greatly improved by digitizing,networking and visualizing the specimen management,test process,test data and equipment status in the test laboratory.Using big data technology to collect,mine,process and apply the data in the test laboratory can realize value-added services such as customer demand prediction,condition assessment and life prediction of test equipment,product development suggestions and test technology consultation.The service framework of XIHARI digital and intelligent electrical test laboratory was introduced.The design idea,basic structure and internal relations among subsystems such as test commissioning system,logistics system,intelligent energy and equipment monitoring system,data acquisition system and large data platform were discussed.
