扩招后高等学校教学质量状况分析

Analysis on teaching quality of institutions of higher learning after enrollment expansion

本文根据 13省市高校教学质量的调研和汇总 ,分析了扩招后我国高等学校教学质量的状况 ,许多高校以扩招为契机 ,从多方面加快了高等教育教学改革步伐 ,取得了较大成绩。但经济发展相对缓慢的中西部和边远地区省市的高校 ,教学质量问题比较严峻。为此 ,要从硬件和软件上加大投入 ,尤其应培养更多高层次的师资 。

Based on a collection of university teaching quality from thirteen provinces/cities, this paper believes that many institutions of higher learning, making full use of enrollment expansion, have sped up the teaching reform of higher education and achieved great successes. However, in the economically backward Middle and West China and some outlying districts, the problem of teaching quality is quite serious. More input must be put to improve both the soft and hard environment, especially to train high\|level faculty and to establish a pluralistic index system to assess the overall teaching procedure.
