摘要
本文通过分析教师的不道德行为的突出表现、产生根源和解决对策 ,指出教师道德首先来源于社会对于教师职业的切实保障 ,而不仅仅是教师教育培训这一种途径。要妥善处理教师素质与教师待遇。
By analyzing the manifestations, origins and countermeasures of immoral behaviors conducted by some teachers, the paper points out that teacher morality, first of all, derives from the feasible guarantee to this profession, not merely from profession training. Two relations must be properly handled: teacher quality and teacher treatment, private morality and social morality.
