摘要
素质教育是一项系统工程 ,无论在认识上还是在实践中均应正确把握 ,要使素质教育真正落到实处 ,必须用辩证的观点审视素质教育 。
The quality education is a system engineering. We should grasp it in both understanding or the practice. We should examine it with the dialectically, and the qiuality education must be practicable, and make the atudents develop in all-round way.
