摘要
本文主要从经济、市场运行等方面对我国科技成果转化率低的原因进行分析 ,寻找改变。
This article mainly discusses and analyzes the reasons of the low conversion rate of the national technological achievements in aspects of economy, marketing operation and so on. Strategies to change this current situation are discussed as well.
