The systematic description of strcture and function of the computer program for spectral observation on the 13.7m telescope is give in this paper, including the followings: * Data of spectral line observation; * Software interface of AOS spectral line observation program; * Choice of receiver side band parameter and automatic frequency setting of the frequency synthesizer; * Spectral calibration; * Spectral mapping; * Vocabulary of spectal line observation; * Quick—look program; The procedures of spetral line observation, calibration, processing of spectral line data and their physical meaning are also introduced.
