摘要
提供一种利用废弃羽毛的方案,以解决现有废弃羽毛对环境污染的问题.先用Na2S2O5对羽毛纤维进行改性处理,以提高其重金属吸附能力,并用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析了改性前后羽毛纤维的结构变化.然后将羽毛纤维制成熔喷滤芯,并测试其对Pb2+的过滤吸附性能.结果发现,Na2S2O5可有效提高羽毛纤维对Pb2+的吸附能力,且改性羽毛纤维/聚丙烯熔喷滤芯相比于羽毛/聚丙烯熔喷滤芯和纯聚丙烯熔喷滤芯,在整个动态吸附过程中表现出了更好的过滤和吸附效果,并可通过调整熔喷工艺制备不同体积密度的羽毛纤维/聚丙烯熔喷滤芯.
A solution was provided to utilize poultry feather fibers which lead to environmental problems.In order to improve the adsorption properties of feather fibers,sodium metabisulphite(Na2S2O5)was used to modify feather fibers.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to analyse the chemical and structural changes of Na2S2O5modified feather fibers.Then,feather fibers were processed into a kind of composite melt-blown filter cartridge,and the Pb2+adsorption capacity of its was tested.It was found that Pb2+adsorption capacity of feather fibers increased after being modified by Na2S2O5.Modified feather fiber/PP filter cartridge had higher Pb2+adsorption capacity and better filtration performance than feather fiber/PP filter cartridge and pure PP filter cartridge in the whole dynamic adsorption process.Feather fibers could be easily processed into a composite filter cartridge with desired bulk density by adjusting the process parameters of PP melt-blown nonwoven process.
