精梳落棉非织造吸油材料的制备及性能 被引量:3

摘要 以精梳落棉纤维为吸油主体,三维卷曲涤纶为骨架构造,ES纤维作为黏结成分,分别通过梳理成网和气流成网方式制备不同结构的纤维网,并进行热风黏合加固,表面喷洒硅油,制备精梳落棉非织造吸油材料.通过正交试验的方法探索原料混比、硅油用量对吸油材料吸油性能的影响.结果显示,成网方式和纤维配比对材料吸油性能有显著影响,在气流成网方式下,当棉/涤纶混比为80/20、ES纤维含量为10%、硅油含量为15%时,材料的吸油倍率、保油率和吸水率达到最优值. Adopting the comber noil as the main material,the three-dimensional crimp polyester as the support fiber and the ES fiber as the bonding fiber,carded web and air-laid web are made respectively.The comber noils oil-absorption nonwoven materials are manufactured through hot air bonding reinforcement and surface preparation sprayed with silicone.The effect of fibers composition and silicone content on the absorption properties of absorbing materials is explored by the orthogonal experiment.The results show that the air-laid web is better than the carded web and the oil absorbency of the materials achieve the optimal value as the cotton/polyester of 80/20,the ES fiber content of 10%and silicone oil content of 15%.
