摘要
本文综合比较了国内外几种阻焊电极材料的性能特点,着重介绍了新型的具有良好综合性能的铬锆铜合金的性能及其在电阻焊中的应用。
The performance features of several kinds of chinese and foreign electrode materials used for RW are synthesized and compared.The performance of cr-zr-cu alloy and its application in RW are mainly described.
