摘要
针对核电用碳钢药芯焊丝CHT711MHR2,采用改变输入功率及焊接速度的方法,借助金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜,研究焊接热输入量对其熔敷金属冲击性能及组织的影响。结果表明,焊接热输入量在7~25 k J/cm时,CHT711MHR2的力学性能较稳定,适应性较强,焊接热输入量约为15 k J/cm时,熔敷金属综合力学性能最佳。
For carbon steel flux cored wire CHT711MHR2 used in nuclear power, adopting the method of changing the input power and welding speed,the effect of welding heat input quantity on impact property and structure of deposited metal are studied by metalloscope and scanning electron microscope. The result shows that when the welding heat input is 7 ~25 k J/cm,the mechanical property of CHT711MHR2 is comparatively stable and has strong adaptability,when welding heat input quantity is about 15 k J/cm,the comprehensive mechanical property of deposited is optimal.
