摘要 激光表面强化技术目前已成为表面工程一个十分活跃的新兴领域,其独有的特点满足了钢铁冶金机械设备中一些关键零部件的维护修复需求。详细介绍激光表面强化技术在宝钢冶金机械设备备件修复中的应用实践,如采用激光熔覆技术对飞剪转鼓扁头、万向节轴承孔、轧机主传动轴和轧机牌坊进行了表面修复及强化,大大延长了部件的使用寿命;同样通过对轧辊表面激光合金化和对CDQ旋转密封环、烧结台车轨道密封板进行激光表面淬火处理,取得了良好的效果。探讨该技术在生产实际应用过程中存在的问题,为该技术在钢铁行业中的应用提供借鉴和指导。 Laser surface strengthening technologies have become a very active newly developing field of surface engineering. Its unique features can perfectly meet the maintenance needs of some critical components of metallurgical machinery and equipment.Some surface hardening applications with laser surface strengthening technologies on metallurgical spare parts in Baosteel are described. The service lives of some key metallurgical equipments just as flying shear drum palm end,universal joint bearing, final drive shaft and mill housing widow strengthened with laser cladding, some rolls handled with laser alloying and CDQ rotary seal treated by laser quenching are greatly extended. Several problems in practical production process were also discussed.
