摘要
为研究含缺陷(裂纹、气孔)焊接接头在不同循环次数下的扩展规律,以及重熔对焊接接头疲劳性能的影响,对预制缺陷及多次重熔工艺下处理后的试件进行疲劳试验。实验结果显示有裂纹及气孔的焊接接头,以及经过一次和二次重熔的焊接接头的疲劳性能都有所下降。
In order to research the extension law of welded joints with defects(cracks,porosity) under multiple remelting condition and the influence of remelting of welded joint fatigue performance,fatigue tests of spice with defects and under multiple remelting condition have been taken. The results show that the fatigue properties of welded joints with defects(cracks,porosity) and under multiple remelting condition decrease compared with the general ones.
