温度对低温钢07MnNiCrMoVDR接头拉伸性能的影响

摘要 通过低温拉伸试验和断口形貌观察分析温度对07MnNiCrMoVDR钢焊接接头的拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随着试验温度的降低(0^-40℃),07MnNiCrMoVDR钢焊接接头的屈服强度和抗拉强度升高,延伸率和断面收缩率下降;宏观断口形貌和微观断口形貌分析都表明07MnNiCrMoVDR钢焊接接头的拉伸性能随着温度的降低而降低。 Effect of temperature on welded joint tensile properties of 07MnNiCrMoVDR steel was studied by low temperature tensile properties test and fracture appearance. The results showed that yield strength and tensile strength were increased,elongation and reduction of area were decreased with temperature decreasing(0^-40 ℃).The tensile properties of 07MnNiCrMoVDR steel welded joint reduced with temperature decreasing by macro-fracture and micro-fracture of welded joint impact samples.
