火焰调修对轨道车辆用冷轧不锈钢板力学性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 针对轨道车辆不锈钢车体中常用的五种冷轧不锈钢板,采用不同的火焰调修温度及冷却方式,分析加热、冷却后的不锈钢材料的力学性能。研究结果表明:随着火焰加热温度的升高,冷作硬化不锈钢材料强度相应降低;强度级别越高的材料,强度损失越严重,调修加热的温度更应严格控制。对于SUS301L-DLT、ST等冷作硬化程度较低的材料,最高加热温度为800℃;对于SUS301L-MT等中等冷作硬化程度的材料,最高加热温度为700℃;对于SUS301L-HT材料,因其冷作硬化程度很高,加热后强度损失严重,其加热温度不应超过550℃;而对于SUS304普通冷轧板,随温度升高强度损失较小,最高加热温度可在900℃;对于风冷和水冷两种冷却方式,水冷后的强度稍高于风冷,但风冷的延伸率指标略优于水冷。 On account of five kinds of cold rolled stainless steel plate which were heated and cooled by different blame rectification processes and cooling modes in the rail vehicle car body,the mechanical properties of them were analyzed. The results indicate that the strength of cold rolled stainless steel plates decline with the heating temperature going up. The higher the strength level of material, the more serious the strength loss.The heating temperature must be strictly controlled. The highest temperature is 800 ℃ for the lower strength grade plates such as SUS301L-DLT and SUS301L-ST. The highest temperature is 700 ℃ for the middle strength grade plates such as SUS301L-MT. The highest temperature is 550 ℃ for the highest strength grade plate SUS301L-HT, strength loss serious after heating.However,the permitted heated temperature is 900 ℃ for SUS304 plate because of its little strength loss. For the two cooling modes,the strength for the wind-cooling is more higher than water-cooling,while the extensibility for water-cooling is more higher than wind-cooling.
