摘要
针对7 200 kW电力机车枕梁腰形桶由人工焊接改为IGM焊接机器手的焊接,在结构、工艺分析的基础上制定了使用IGM焊接机械手的焊接工艺并得以实施。结果表明:采用IGM焊接机械手富氩气体保护焊,通过控制工件组装尺寸、调整焊接层数及焊接工艺参数、改进焊接机械手程序编程,不但能够完全满足结构的设计要求保证质量,而且大幅提高了焊接效率。
The welding of 7 200 KW electric locomotive body bolster pillow-waist barrel changes from manual welding to IGM welding manipulator welding,based on the structure and technology analysis,the welding technology using IGM welding manipulator is developed and implemented. The results show that by controlling the size of workpiece assembly,adjusting the welding parameters and the number of welding layers,and improving the programming of welding manipulator, the IGM welding manipulator with rich argon gas shielded welding not only can completely meet the design requirements of the structure to ensure the quality,but also greatly improve the welding efficiency.
