摘要
本文以精密制造车间数字化制造系统为平台,在陀螺仪壳体组件结构特点分析的基础上,选用合适刀具角度和切削参数,减少陀螺仪壳体组件加工过程中结构变形。设计专用工装,优化精密车削时工件装夹方式,提高陀螺仪壳体组件的加工精度和加工稳定性,实现陀螺仪壳体组件的高精密加工。
This paper bases on digital manufacturing system plant of precision manufacturing department and the analysis of structural characteristics of gyro shell assembly.We select appropriate tools angle and tools parameters to reduce structural deformation during processing,design special tools and optimize clamping ways to improve the machining accuracy and stability and complete gyroscope shell assembly precision machining.
