摘要
阐述了零长弹簧的工作原理和装配方法,分析了在CHZ-Ⅱ型海洋重力仪和具有机械放大作用的斜拉弹簧重力仪中应用零长弹簧原理时,对探头装配和调节工艺的精度需求。当在垂直于弹簧的扰动达到100Gal的动基座上应用零长弹簧时,为使弹簧自重引起的系统误差不大于0.5mGal,典型情形下弹簧零长的补偿误差需在1mm以内。
The working principle and assembly method of zero-length spring are clarified,the assembly and adjustment requirement of zero-length spring are analyzed when it’s applied to the CHZ- II sea gravimeter and the inclinedspring gravimeter.To suppress the systematic error derived from the coupling between the mass of spring and its lateral movement,the assembly error of a zero-initial-length spring should be accurately compensated,within 1mm for example,when the lateral disturbance is as large as lOOGal and the gravity measurement error is required to be within0.5 mGal in the typical using context.
