摘要
分析了载荷冲击试验的现状,对几种常用的载荷冲击试验方法的特点和局限性作了简要说明。着重介绍了一种基于火炮发射原理、以火药燃烧为动力、依托火箭橇试验设施实现、低峰值、长持续时间的载荷冲击试验方法,阐述了试验原理,简要说明了试验系统的构成和各部分的功能,并使用模拟仿真的方法,对载荷冲击结果进行预示,然后以某型试验为例,对影响峰值和持续时间的因素进行分析和控制,对载荷冲击曲线进行了比较和说明,最后对此种试验方法的应用前景和后续研究方向进行了描述。
This paper analyzes the present situation of load impact test,briefly explains the characteristics and limitations of several commonly used load impact test methods.Introduces a low peak and long duration load impact test method based on the artillery firing principle,powered by propellant combustion,and relying on the rocket sled test facility.Elaborates the principle of the test method,briefly shows the configuration and function of the test system,and predicts the result of the load impact test using the simulation method.With a certain test,analyzes and controls the factors effecting peak and duration,compares and illustrations the load impact curve,and finally the application prospect and follow up research direction of this test method is described.
