摘要
根据AIS与雷达关联的一般原则,首先对AIS航迹和雷达航迹进行时空配准,接着将配准后的航迹进行时间和距离上的初级关联判断,对满足初级关联但是又难以判断的航迹进行高级关联判断。在高级关联判断阶段提出一种双层结构模糊综合决策的航迹关联方法,仿真实验表明新方法在提高关联正确率和降低关联错误率方面有了明显改善。
According to the general principles between AIS and radar,after the time- space registration between them,this paper makes the time and space primary association judgment to the registration tracks,the second phase is the senior track association decision which satisfied the primary association but difficult to judge.A two-layer fuzzy comprehensive decision method of track correlation is proposed in this paper in the senior association decision;finally the simulation and experiments show the method improves the correct rate and reduces the error rate of the track.
