摘要
光纤环是光纤陀螺的核心部件,其温度性能直接影响光纤陀螺的精度。胶粘剂作为光纤环的重要组成成分,其选用是否得当决定了光纤环性能的优劣。首先理论分析了胶粘剂的性能对光纤环性能的影响,并选取了三种具有不同性能的胶粘剂作为光纤环用胶粘剂,对比分析了不同种类胶粘剂对光纤环温度性能的影响。结果表明选择具有模量适中、较低固化收缩率和足够粘接强度的胶粘剂,得到的光纤环具有更好的温度性能。
Fiber coil is the core part of the fiber optic gyroscope(FOG),its temperature performance directly determines the precision of FOG.The adhesive is the important composition of fiber coil,and the selection and use of adhesive is very important to the performance of fiber coil.This paper theoretically analyze the influence of adhesive properties on the performance of fiber coli,and three adhesives with different properties are used to coat fiber coil,the effects caused by adhesive with different properties on the temperature performance of fiber coil are contrasted and analyzed.The experiment results indicate that using adhesive with appropriate modulus,low cure shrinkage and enough tensile shear strength could get better temperature performance of fiber coil.
