摘要
针对石英加速度计偏值问题,提出了摆片组粘接胶粘剂的选用原则,并应用有限元软件进行了仿真研究。分析结果表明,固化后弹性模量小的胶粘剂粘接面产生的应力较小,有利于提高石英加速度计偏值的稳定性。进一步对选用的弹性胶粘剂进行了强度检测,测试结果表明石英加速度计的偏值稳定性得到了明显改善。
To improve bias stability of quartz accelerometers, the paper presents a selection principle of adhesive to bond reed and coil, and made a simulation analysis. The analysis shows that the stress of adhesive with low elastic modulus after curing is smaller and can help improving the stability of the quartz accelerometer bias. On the basis, the paper carry a strength test on the elastic adhesive, and the test results show that the stability of the partial stability of the quartz accelerometer is obviously improved.
