摘要
本文介绍了一种新结构的宽带机调Gunn振荡器结构简单,加工方便,工作可靠,可实现宽带机调,最大输出功率可达23mw,偏置调谐带宽大于450MHz.
An improved second-harmonic Gunn oscillator with new design has been built. It has the features of simple configuration, easily processing, working stably, It's operatingfrequency covers wide band with a maximum output power of 23mw and more than 450MHz bias tuning bandwidth. After phase-locking, a locking bandwidth of more than 800MHz is achieved.
