摘要
以乙二胺、二茂铁和硼氢化钠为原料 ,以 N2 和 H2 为辅气 ,用钴作催化剂 ,在不同温度下制备出了具有环状层的 B- C- N纳米管 .拉曼光谱和透射电子显微镜 (TEM)图分析表明 ,在 870℃下制备的 B- C- N纳米管的管壁均匀 ,晶形最完整 ,产率最高 .
The B-C-N nanotubles with cyclic layeres are produced under different temperatures by ethylenediamine, ferrocene and sodium borohydride as raw material, by N 2 and H 2 as auxiliary gas and by Co as catalyst. Analyses of Raman spectrum and TEM images indcate that tubes wall of nanotubes produced under 780℃ is well-distrubuted, crystalline form is the most completest and productivyty is the highest.
