Brief Discussion on Nanshe Society,Science Society of China and Society of Calligraphy and Painting in Shanghai

在近代上海文化发展中,近代社团在引领潮流、团聚社员、推广宣传中外文明的交流等方面,为海派文化的生成发挥着重要的作用,理应在分析上海这一近代城市历史发展中成为一个新视角,并被纳入上海城市发展展示的内容。本文以与上海城市发展关系密切的近代文学文化团体——南社、中国科学社、海上书画公会等为例,来阐述这一观点。

In the cultural development in modern Shanghai,associations played a vital role in the formation of Shanghai-style culture including leading the trend,uniting members and extending the exchanges of Chinese and foreign civilizations.Therefore,modern associations should be regarded a new visual angle in analyzing the development of history of Shanghai and brought into the display content of urban development.The article elaborates this point of view taking the examples of such modern cultural associations closely connected with Shanghai as Nanshe Society,Science Society of China and Society of Calligraphy and Painting in Shanghai.
