摘要
仁记洋行是最早进入上海的英商洋行之一,早期的大楼建造在外滩,1908年在今滇池路圆明园路建成新的洋行大楼。该大楼是1900—1925年上海近代建筑的转型期时,典型的安妮女王时代建筑风格代表作之一。
Gibb,Livingston & Co.is one of the earliest British firms introduced into Shanghai which formerly located on the Bund.The new building constructed in 1908 is situated on today’s Dianchi Road and Yuan Mingyuan Road,representing the typical Queen Anne-style architecture during the transitional period(1900—1925) of modern architectures in Shanghai.
