中国第一台12000千瓦双水内冷汽轮发电机的创制

Creation of the First 12000 KW Double-Water Internal Cooling Steamer Generator in China

萧卡,1919年生,湖南湘分县人,早年就读于湖南高级工业学校。1937年9月到延安,次年1月加入中共,后到新四军工作,新中国成立后,历任上海电机厂厂长、市电机局长、市仪表局长、市机电二局长、市委秘书长等职。1958年他时任电机厂长,参与中国第一台12000千瓦双水内冷汽轮发电机研制工作。为此,2010年9月13日,我们在上海的庆余别墅采访了原中共上海市委秘书长已92高龄的萧卡老人。萧老便讲述了创制工作前后的往事。

On September 13th 2010,we had an interview with the former General Secretary of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee the 92-year old Xiao Ka in Qingyu Villa in Shanghai.Born in Xiangfen County Hunan Province in 1919,Mr.Xiao studied in Hunan High School of Industry in his early age.Arrived in Yan’an in September 1937,he joined the Communist Party of China in January1938.Later he worked in the New Fourth Army and held such posts as Manager of Shanghai Electric Machinery Co.,Director of Shanghai Electric Machine Bureau,Director of Shanghai Instrument Bureau and General Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Committee.Mr.Xiao happened to be Manager of Electric Machinery Co.when the first domestic 12000 KW double-water internal cooling steamer generator was created in 1958.He was more than willing to tell the stories about the creation when our ends were explained.
