摘要
在20世纪七十年代末,可口可乐公司在进入中国大陆市场之前,上海滩上知名的一些民族品牌如'正广和'汽水占据了国内饮料销售的大块领域。其实寻根究底,正广和这块牌子原来竟是英国独资企业。笔者根据一名正广和有限公司老职工在20世纪末编写正广和厂史时留下的油印稿,汇编其中记录的点点滴滴,将这一沪上百年老厂的发展历程作一回顾。
Before Cocα-Cola Company entered into the Chinese market at the end of the 1970s,the domestic beverage sales was largely occupied by several famous national brands in Shanghai such as the soft drink produced by Caldbeck,Macgregor&Co.,Ltd.However,deep inquiry finds out that this brand is actually a solely British-owned enterprise.The author collects dribs and drabs from the mimeograph manuscripts about the history of this Company compiled by a senior staff at the end of the 20th century,giving a brief introduction to the development of this century-old Company in Shanghai.
