上海元代水闸遗址献疑

Problems about the Yuan-Dynasty Water Gate Site

上海志丹苑元代水闸遗址自发现以来,学术界对其建造年代及位置进行了一些探讨,现已基本确定为元代任仁发建造的水闸遗址。由于任仁发曾在上海地区建过多座水闸,在发掘过程中没有发现相关的文字遗迹及史料,而且遗址处于市区,也无法对水闸上下游河道进行延伸考研发掘。因而该水闸究竟是建在吴凇江上,还是建在吴淞江的支流上,目前尚难定论。因而其功能的界定也众说纷纭。本文作者列举了研究过程中发现的关于水闸位置与功能的几种不同观点,目的是通过对比各家之说,希冀对此认识更接近历史真相。

The academic circle has discussed the construction year and location of the YuanDynasty Water Gate Site since its discovery and it has already been confirmed basically as a water gate site built by Ren Renfa during the Yuan Dynasty.Ren Renfa once built several water gales in Shanghai area but no written historical materials were found during the excavations.Furthermore,as the Site is situated in urban district,there is no possibility to extend research on its upstream or downstream watercourses.Therefore,no final conclusion has been reached on whether the Water Gate is built over Wusong River or its tributary and opinions vary on its function.The author hereby lists several viewpoints about the location and function of the Water Gate during the research in order to make readers reflect their convinced conclusion through comparing different voices,thus getting closer to the historical truth gradually.
