中国实业银行兴衰简谈

摘要 北京东路130号中实大楼,初期是中国实业银行上海分行的所在地,以后成为总行的所在地。该银行从被批准设立,到正式成立开幕,因袁世凯称帝造成形势变化从而使这阶段比较长,名称也因此有过变化。总行初期设在北方的天津,后因政治中心的南移,上海的经济又发展得特别快,从而经营方向也开始转向。1935年下半年,银行被财政部接管,总经理易人。上海解放后,由上海市军事管制委员会财政经济接管委员会派特派员到该行监管银行审查该行官股,连同查明之官僚资本部分共作资本总额49%以上,其余部分为商股。随后,原代表国民政府之官股董监事均被解除职务,改为公私合营银行。 NIB Building sitting at No.130 East Beijing Road was previously the seat of the Shanghai Branch of the National Industrial Bank of China and later it became the Head Office.The Bank’s name underwent variations from its approval to official establishment,which took a long time due to the fact that Yuan Shih-kai’s proclaiming himself Emperor caused fast-moving situation.Its Head Office formerly located in Tianjin,as the political center moved from the north to the south and the economy of Shanghai developed rapidly,also changed its management direction.In the second half of 1935,the Bank was taken over by the Ministry of Finance and the General Manager was also replaced.After the liberation of Shanghai,the special correspondents sent to regulate the Bank found out that its Government-owned stocks reached over 49%of the total capitalization and the rest was merchants-owned ones.Subsequently,its Director and Supervisor representing the National Government were both relieved of their duties and the Bank was turned into a public-private one.
