Recalling the Days When Studying in Shanghai Institute of History of Chinese Academy of Sciences

上海市漕溪北路40号是上海社会科学院历史研究所旧址,1991年12月为贯彻和落实宗教政策,历史研究所从此楼撤出,归还教会,后该楼被拆毁重建。作者1974年曾在所内接受了一年多的学习和培训,不仅聆听了方诗铭、汤志钧、刘修明等史学名家的授课和指导,还与他们建立了深厚的师生友情。本文作者通过自己的亲身经历、感触和所见所闻,回忆了这批史学家当年的风采。

Shanghai Institute of History of Chinese Academy of Sciences was previously located at No.40 North Caoxi Road and then removed from it in December 1991 to implement the religious policies,the building being demolished and rebuilt later.The author once studied in the Institute for more than one year,not only listening to the lessons and instructions given by prominent historians such as Fang Shiming,Tang Zhijun and Liu Xiuming,but also establishing profound friendships with them.This paper recalls these masters’styles through the experiences,observations and feelings of the author.
