1826年漕粮海运中关天培的海难、海损救助活动

The Salvage at Sea Participated by Guan Tianpei During the Marine Transportation of the Tribute Grain in 1826

本文以1826年漕粮海运有关的奏折为主要文献依据,以关天培参与的押运任务为主要线索,梳理出此次海运活动的过程以及救援海损、海难船只的主要事实。文章发掘的史实补充了民族英雄关天培任上海水师参将期间航海活动的缺失,也为专门考察清代道光初年漕粮海运的实际得失提供了有益的数据。

Majorly based on the palace memorials relevant to the Marine Transportation of the Tribute Grain in 1826, this paper teases out the process of the Transportation as well as the primary fact of rescuing wrecks, taking the escort mission of Guan Tianpei as the main clue. The historical facts explored by this paper add the missing information of the voyage activity of the national hero Guan Tianpei when he was assigned to Vice-general of the Naval Force in Shanghai and also provide useful data for the investigation on the actual gain and loss of such marine transportation during the early years of the reign of Emperor Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty.
