摘要
Objective Experiences in the diagnosis and treatment of delayed hemopneumothorax of trauma were repotred Method pathogensis,charater,diagnosis and treatment of 30 parients suffering from delayed hemopneumothorax of trama were analysed retrospectively.Result29 cases healed and 1 died(3/3%)Conclusion Delayed hemopneumothorax may occur in chest trauma without fracture of thorax Closed thoracic drainage was an effective method for diagnosing and treating sudden delayed
