摘要
随着IEC61850在智能变电站全面应用,以及数字化、网络化技术发展,传统变电站二次回路被模型中虚回路代替,模型配置正确与否直接影响设备互操作运行。每个二次装置都有模型,网络跳合闸、保护或五防联闭锁GOOSE信号以及采样值SV信息等二次虚回路都体现在模型中。采用模型比对、模型一致性约束等技术,研究基于二次系统模型库的模型标准化和模型一致性约束规则,全面校核、规范和固化变电站二次系统信息模型,制定二次系统信息模型的工程化应用流程,实现全站二次系统信息模型标准化应用,提高工程设计、调试质量和效率。
With the comprehensive application of IEC61850 in intelligent substation,as well as digital and network technology development,the secondary circuit of traditional substation virtual circuit model is replaced,the model configuration is correct or not directly affect the operation of equipment interoperability.Each device has two models,five network tripping protection or prevention and locking the GOOSE signal and the two virtual circuit SV information are all reflected in the model of sampling value.The model comparison,model consistency technology,research on the two standard model base system and model consistency constraint rules based on the overall check,specification and curing two substation system information model,engineering application process to develop secondary system information model,realization of the secondary system information model standardization the application,improve the quality and efficiency of Engineering design and debugging.
