摘要
中国电建正实施国外三步走战略,核心竞争力是根本,紧跟世界发展潮流,重视清洁能源、产业革命发展,在国网"九纵九横"国际能源互联网战略下,积极参与互联网、电源点建设,对关键抽水蓄能、煤电一体化、光伏和风电予以跟踪和前期规划。通过电网、煤电一体化的2个国外实战案例,论述引领特许经营到规划创造市场、全产业链融合的一体化营销的方式实现企业战略转型。
Power China is carrying out a three-step strategy abroad,its core competitiveness is fundamental,keeping pace with the world development trend,attaching importance to the development of clean energy and industrial revolution,and actively participating in the construction of the power grids and power sources under the'nine vertical and nine horizontal'international energy Internet strategy of the national network,so as to key pumped storage hydropower plant,integrated coal and electricity power plant,photovoltaic solar energy and wind power,which should be set plan.Through two foreign actual cases of integration of power grid and coal and electricity,this paper discusses how to realize the strategic transformation of enterprises by integrating franchising into planning,creating market and integrating the whole industrial chain.
