摘要
在高压直流输电系统中,西电换流阀控制系统采用双系统控制运行方式,以达到可靠控制的目的。但就目前而言,西电阀控系统切换的逻辑还不完善,在某些工况下进行系统切换会出现触发脉冲丢失的现象,存在系统切换不成功造成直流闭锁的风险。通过对脉冲丢失现象进行分析研究,提出增加CLC板电源监视芯片的改进措施来优化系统切换的时机,并进行试验验证,有效解决了阀控系统硬件切换条件与软件切换条件不一致导致触发脉冲丢失的问题。
In HVDC system,X’D Valve Control System adopts dual systems control operation mode to achieve reliable control.However,the logic of the switching control system of X’D is still not perfect at present.In certain operating conditions,the firing pulse loss will occur when the system is switched,and there is a risk that the system will fail to switch and cause blocking.By analyzing and studying the phenomenon of pulse loss,we propose a method to add a piece of the power monitoring chip of the CLC board to optimize the timing of system switching and the results are verified by the experiments.The problem that the firing pulse lost due to the inconsistency between the hardware switching conditions and the software’s has been solved effectively.
