摘要 昌吉-古泉±1 100kV特高压直流输电工程用耐张串绝缘子单片重量大、结构高度高,单串长度达32m,这给耐张串吊装施工带来困难。8根子导线紧线张力合计达64t,耐张串重量达16t,开断施工难度大。通过对耐张串吊装、吊装夹具、耐张串对接预紧和紧线等方面进行研究,研制出专用吊装夹具,构建了不同吨位开断施工工艺,填补了国内外±1 100kV级直流特高压线路架线施工关键技术研究的空白,这对后续特高压工程的施工具有重要的指导意义。 The Changji-Guquan(±1 100 kV)UHVDC transmission project used tension string has some characteristics of large single chip weight,high structural height and 32 msingle string length,which hinders the construction of tension resistant string hoisting.The total tension of the 8 wires is 64 t,and the tensile string weight up to 16 t,which is difficult for breaking construction.The special hoisting jig is developed and the construction technology of different tonnage breaking is developed from the research on the development of the tensioning and hoisting clamping fixture,the pretightening of the tension string butt connection and the tight line and so on.It fills the blank of the research on the key technology of the overhead line construction for the±1 100 kV direct current high voltage line at home and abroad,which is of great guiding significance for the subsequent construction of the UHV project.
