丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎64例临床观察

The clinical observation of beconase in treating 64 cases with allergic rhinitis

目的 :总结丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 :对变应性鼻炎 12 1例分别使用丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂 (伯克纳 )和 0 .2 5 %氯霉素眼液治疗。结果 :伯克纳组有效率为 92 .2 % ,0 .2 5 %氯霉素组有效率为 2 8.1%。结论 :丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂可迅速缓解症状 ,控制炎症 ,安全、方便 。

Objective:To assess the effect of beconase in treating allergic rhinitis.Method:64 patients were treated by beconase,and 57 patients were treated by 0.25% chloromycetin eye drops as controls.The effect of two groups was compared.Result:The effect rate of beconase group was 92.2%,of 0.25% chloromycetin group was 28.1%.Conclusion:Beconase can remiss the symptom quickly and control the inflammation,so it is the effect drug for allergic rhinitis.
