鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔成形术

The endoscopic septal-plasty

目的 :探讨鼻中隔偏曲与慢性鼻窦炎 鼻息肉的关系 ,以及内窥镜下鼻中隔成形术临床应用的可能性。方法 :1998年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 2月为 5 2例患者施行鼻中隔手术 ,其中内窥镜下行鼻中隔黏膜下切除术30例 ,内窥镜下行鼻中隔成形术 2 2例 ,回顾分析其中 2 0例的CT资料 ,介绍内窥镜下鼻中隔成形术的手术方法。结果 :鼻中隔偏曲与慢性鼻窦炎 鼻息肉密切相关 ,内窥镜下鼻中隔成形术可有效地解决鼻中隔偏曲问题。结论 :为了达到良好的手术效果 ,治疗慢性鼻窦炎和 (或 )鼻息肉 ,矫正鼻中隔十分重要 ,只有形态正常 ,才能达到功能正常。内窥镜下鼻中隔成形术可以避免鼻中隔黏膜下切除术的缺点 。

Objective:To explore the correlation between the septal deviation and the chronic sinusitis as well as the nasal polyp and the possibility of the septal-plasty by nasal endoscopy. Method: 52 cases in all had undergone the septal surgery included endoscopic submucous resection of the nasal septum in 30 cases, and septal-plasty in 22 cases. CT material from 20 of these cases was reviewed and analyzed, and surgical method for the endoscopic septal-plasty was introduced. Result: Septal deviation has much to do with chronic sinusitis as well as nasal polyp, and can be effectively treated by endoscopic septal-plasty.Conclusion:To achieve ideal effect for the chronic sinusitis and/or nasal polyp, it is very important to correct the septal. Only normal anatomy structure can lead to normal physical function. Endoscopic septal-plasty is an ideal surgery which can avoid the disadvantages by endoscopic submucous resection.
