摘要 本文根据Danckwerts表面更新理论推导了纯热钾碱液吸收、解吸CO_2速率的近似表达式及拟一级反应的判据,并用实验数据验证之.亦提出用催化剂目前所达到的催化速率与催化剂极限速率之比来评价催化剂的新方法.并利用搅拌反应器测定了1,6己二胺(HDA)催化热钾碱液吸收、解吸CO_2的速率,证明HDA与二乙醇胺(DEA) According to Danckwerts surface-renewal model, an approximate expression for calculating CO2 absorption and desorption rate by hot potash solution and a criterion of the pseudo-first order reaction were derived (see Eq. 19, 15a). These were in close agreement with experimental data. A new method in which a promoter can be appreciated was proposed. By using a stirred reactor, the absorption and desorption rates of CO2 by hot potash promoted by hexanediamine(HDA) were measured. It was dem-onstrsted that HDA had similar catalytic effect as diethanolamine(DEA).
