摘要
目的:探索引出正常大鼠闪光视觉诱发电位图的方法。方法和结果:用日本NIHONKOHDEN公司生产的NEUROPACK-I型诱发电位记录仪器,参照国外学者介绍的方法,在我科过去的工作基础上,经过改进成功引出了大鼠闪光视觉诱发电位的典型波形。并报告了其所测峰潜时(ms)及振幅值(μv)。
Objective:To explore the method of creating the F VEP curve in normal rats Method and results:consulted to the approaches described by scholars abroad and based on our past experiences,a method of creating the normal rat's F VEP curve was established by using a Visual Evoked Potentials Grapher(NEUROPACK-II,NIHON KOHDEN).The latency values (ms)and amplitude values (μv) of normal rat's F VEP were reported in this article.
