甲状腺肿瘤DNA含量及胞核形态计量学参数分析与随访研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用图像分析技术和形态计量学方法,对65例甲状腺肿瘤细胞DNA含量和形态计量学参数进行了分析,结果表明:甲状腺肿瘤细胞DNA含量与正常对照组比较,腺瘤组无统计学意义(P>005),而各甲状腺癌组均有非常显著性差异(P<001或P<0001);甲状腺癌DNA含量的增高与组织学类型的恶性程度基本一致;甲状腺癌5年以下存活组的DNA含量、细胞核面积和直径均高于5年以上存活组(P<005或P<0005);5年以下存活组的异倍体细胞数明显高于5年以上存活组(P<0005)。 DNA content and nuclear morphometric parameters in 65 cases with thyroid neoplasms were quantitatively measured by image analysis technology. The results showed that: After comparing between DNA content of thyriod tumor group and normal control group, there was no stastistical singificance in the group of thyriod adenoma (P>0 05), but singinificant differences occured in each group of thyroid carcinomas (P<0 05 or P<0 001) Increase of DNA content in groups of thyroid carcinomas essentially was consistent with raising of malignant degree of their histological types. DNA content, nuclear area and diameter in the group of less than 5-year survival with thyroid carcinoma, were all higher than those in the group of more than 5-year survival with the same tumor (P<0 05 or P<0 005). The number of heteroploid cell in group of less than 5-year survival was evidently higher than that of the group of more than 5-year survival (P<0 005). It suggests that the above parameters seemed to be associated with prognosis of patients.
