摘要
本文对缺碘饮食喂养12周大鼠的甲状腺进行了组织学观察,并应用MIAS-300型图像分析系统对甲状腺滤泡、滤泡腔以及滤泡上皮细胞进行了体视学指标的测量,并与对照组进行了比较分析。结果表明,缺碘组大鼠甲状腺明显肿大,其重量约为对照组的5倍;甲状腺呈弥漫性增生性甲状腺肿改变,表现为小滤泡性增生,上皮细胞增生肥大。体视学参数测量结果表明,缺碘组甲状腺滤泡及滤泡腔的平均体积(V)和平均表面积(S)均明显低于对照组;而数密度(Nv)及比表面(S/V)明显高于对照组;体积密度(Vv)和表面积密度(Sv)也发生不同程度变化;滤泡上皮细胞的截面积显著大于对照组。
Histological observations and stereological analysis were performed in thyroid follicle, follicular cavity and follicular cells of rats fed on iodine deficient diet for 12 weeds by using routine histological method and MIAS-300 image analysis system. The results showed that the goiter was produced in iodine deficient group and the thyroid weight was about 5 times higher than that of the control group. The typical diffusive and hyperplastic goiter changes were found in iodine deficient rats with features of small follicular proliferation and hypertrophic follicle cells. The data of stereological analysis showed that the mean volume () and mean surface () of thyroid follicle and follicular cavity were significantly lower and the numerical density (Nv) and specific surface (S/V) were higher in iodine deficient group compared with the control group. Also the volume density (V v) and surface density (S v) were markedly changed. The cross section of follicular cells was higher than the control. These stereological findings provided a quantitative evidence for the morphological study of iodine-deficient goiter.
