三维晶粒尺寸的直接测量与换算几何模型

摘要 采用晶界渗镓剥离晶粒技术实现了三维晶粒尺寸的直接实验测量,并与根据平面测量晶粒尺寸数据分别采用球模型和简化多面体模型计算得到的三维晶粒尺寸进行了比较,分析了几何模型引起的系统误差。 The three dimensional grain sizes of a super pure aluminium sample were experimentally measured by the method of separating the grains from the sample after alloying the grain boundaries with gallium, and compared with those calculated by the spherical and simplified polyhedral grain models from the one dimensional grain sizes measured from the random sections of the sample. The errors caused by the geometrical models have been discussed.
