肛管癌p53表达及细胞形态定量分析的研究 被引量:1

p53 Expression and morphometrical study of anal carcinomas *

摘要 本研究对49例不同组织类型的肛管癌从p53蛋白表达的改变和细胞形态定量分析的角度探讨该肿瘤的发生机理及p53蛋白免疫组化的临床意义。研究结果:(1)612%的肛管癌有p53的过度表达,说明p53表达改变是肛管癌的一个常见现象;(2)免疫组化结果积分与DNA含量改变有相关性。3分以上组与小于等于3分组DNA指数均值有统计学差异,表明两组生物学行为可能不同,故p53积分可作为估计病人预后的又一个辅助指标;(3)在某些良性病变的鳞状上皮中也检测到有p53表达,表明p53免疫组化不能作为区别良恶性的指标。 In the present article changes of p53 expression and morphometrical parameters and their relationship in 49 anal carcinomas were studied. Conclusions: (1) 61 2% of anal cancers showed p53 positive for immunohistochemical detection, which indicated that alterations of p53 expression in anal cancers were frequent; (2) The score of p53 immunostain had a correlation with DNA index. It suggested that the biological behaviors of these groups with different scores of p53 immunostain be different. The score of p53 immunostain can be one of markers of prognosis. (3) Immunohistochemical detection of p53 is not a method differentiating from malignancy because p53 positive staining was also found in some benign lesions.
